Elk County 911 Center Boot Jack Rd Ridgway, PA Drive 2 miles south of Ridgway on Rte. 219 and look for the sign for the "EMA Center." Pre-registration preferred but walk-ins accepted. Call Lee C. Lewis N3NWL 814-772-4568 to pre-register. Two IDs are required, one of which must be a photo ID. Exams for all license classes will be given.
