The 147.225 repeater is located in Calverton, Maryland and is operated and maintained by John WB3GXW.  It is believed to be the closest repeater to the I-95/495 split North of Washington, DC.

The 2-meter repeater is equiped with an autopatch that John generally opens up on holidays as a convenience to travellers. Just give a yell for John or a control operator.

The 147.225 repeater is also accessible via EchoLink at WB3GXW-R, node: 147225.

The Club uses the 147.225 repeater for its odd Wednesday nets. The PL tone is usually disabled during nets to allow those without PL capability to participate.

The 442.500 machine is operated and maintained by the Laurel Amateur Radio Club in Laurel, Maryland. This repeater covers the Laurel area and is often used by the Club for our special service events.
